Max 36 – your dental practice in Munich for the treatment of misaligned teeth, using the modern system by Invisalign.
The smile you’ve been longing for – without a conspicuous brace.
With Invisalign, you can get the smile you have always wished for without too much effort. You barely need to change your everyday habits. Misaligned teeth are corrected by a series of aligners made individually for you, which are therefore very comfortable. These removable braces are hardly visible on your teeth. You put in a new pair of aligners every two weeks – and gradually, week after week, your teeth move to the required end position. Comfortable, transparent and removable – Invisalign ensures an embellished smile without any restrictions in your day-to-day life. These advantages have already been discovered by over 3 million people around the world.
INVISALIGN – the almost invisible treatment for straightening teeth for your perfect smile.
Using state-of-the-art scanners and special 3D computer technology, based on impressions of your teeth, the whole course of treatment is planned and your individual INVISALIGN braces are made. Each brace corrects the misalignment by about 0.2mm.
INVISALIGN – step by step to the perfect set of teeth.
The respective braces must be worn 22 hours a day, each for a maximum of 14 days. To make space, it may be that the contact points between the teeth need to be reduced. If a “tooth rotation” is necessary, inconspicuous tooth-colored little pads are stuck to the teeth to enlarge the surface and increase the “lever effect”.
After treatment with INVISALIGN.
After completing the treatment, it is absolutely necessary to keep the teeth in the optimal position, with the help of a so-called retainer. This can be by means of a small wire behind the teeth on the lower jaw, or by wearing the special “INVISALIGN VIVERA” braces at night on the upper and lower jaw. The INVISALIGN braces protect the teeth at the same time against grinding.

Detailed information about INVISALIGN:
I currently wear a braces - can I change to Invisalign?
Many patients are treated with a combination of conventional braces and Invisalign. We will be glad to advise you which treatment is best for you.
Is Invisalign treatment painful?
How often do I have to take control visits and how long does the treatment take?
The total duration of the treatment depends on how complex the treatment is. In general, the treatment duration corresponds to the length of a therapy with conventional braces. A typical treatment is completed after a period of between nine and eighteen months. For your initial consultation, your Invisalign user can tell you more precisely.
How old must the patient be for a treatment?
We can deal with Invisalign with most adults and teenagers. For children, we recommend Invisalign Teen.
What are the aligners and what do they look like?
How much does Invisalign cost?
As is the case with other orthodontic treatment procedures, the cost of Invisalign also depends on the complexity of the case and on how the treatment proceeds. The treatment costs for Invisalign are generally comparable with those of a conventional fixed brace. We can only give you detailed information for your individual treatment case after a preliminary examination. In general, the price of Invisalign treatment is between 3500 and 6500 euros. Depending on the extent of the dental misalignment, this figure may vary upwards or downwards.
How does Invisalign work?
Invisalign aligners position the teeth through precisely placed and controlled movements. Unlike conventional braces, Invisalign not only controls the range of movement for each treatment step but also the movement time. In each treatment stage, only certain teeth are moved according to the Invisalign treatment plan for the respective stage. This results in an efficient transmission of force, with which the teeth are placed into the desired position as planned.
